  3. Siding Installation and Exterior Cladding: Professional installation, repair, and replacement services using a variety of materials. These services are intended to improve exterior appearance, weather resistance, and energy efficiency.

  4. Gutter and Drainage Systems: Installation, repair, cleaning, and replacement services designed to manage water runoff, protect foundations, and prevent water-related damage.

  5. Insurance Restoration and Claim Assistance: Specialization in restoration projects resulting from storms, hail, wind, fire, or other covered perils. Services include damage assessment and documentation support. The Company does not guarantee insurance claim approval, and the client remains responsible for deductibles.

  6. Additional Exterior Services: Including soffit and fascia installation, attic ventilation solutions, and minor structural repairs related to roofing or siding projects.

General Service Terms

  • Scope of Work: All services are performed pursuant to a written estimate or contract specifying scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. Any modifications require mutual written agreement.

  • Licensing and Certification: The Company maintains applicable state and local licenses and holds certifications from industry organizations such as GAF.

  • Warranties: Workmanship and manufacturer product warranties are provided as specified in the service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from neglect, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Access and Site Conditions: Client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and to disclose known hazards prior to service commencement.

  • Changes and Delays: The Company reserves the right to adjust schedules due to weather, material shortages, or permitting delays.

  • Payment Terms: Payment schedules and deposits are outlined in the service agreement. Failure to meet obligations may result in work suspension or lien rights.
